Almost all my customers have no problems removing the old badge with a craft knife. This remote will work on the older cars but not the newer cars. Mike I kept searching the web and found this. I've tried a sharp knife and nearly scratched the fob not what I want , as a last resort all I can think of doing is trashing the old badge by cutting it in the centre and then trying to peel it off. Make sure all the remotes you want to use are present because they have to be programmed at the same time. Example, the oval 2 button E and the 3 button F in Europe are G and H.
