This Database contains every Achievement and it's unlock timestamp. Did anyone had the same issue with galaxy? In any case, not a single achievement updated. If everything goes well I will definitely have it included in the as soon as possible! Iguess this was a bigger issue when i was yonger, i admit, but old habbits die hard. So I deleted the File gameplay. We get a lot of the same questions. Thank you very much for sharing this fix with us, MoralApostel! Now I'm back, with the expansions and aiming for that nice 100% completion.
What if i have 10 programs running, is a 10 fps significant? There might've been others, hidden ones, don't really know. I again looked at the gameplay. Auto-patches unless you disable it, and there's achievements. If you think Steam achievements are more important than supporting one of the best developers around then you need to rethink your priorities. Hello, Does anyone of you know of a way to reset achievements in GoG Galaxy? Maybe Witcher 3 will also be able to be registered at at a later point of time? That would be great if it does. Otherwise let the Eternal Fire consume you.
Personally, I would prefer if I could disable achievements for all my games. Quite happy that it didn't erase my save game. So guys, anyone care to help out with some ideas? The game has 6 cards in total, so you will get 3 of them from playing on Steam. Cause I have been checking it, exiting the game after each and every achievement, but it didn't get corrupted. Idon't use galaxy everday, so why have it start up with windows everday. When buying there you can be sure that all of the moneys stays in the family. You could just quickly look into your database file and check if every entry is in there: I see 13 new achievements in my db Ah no you are actually right.
This fix does not unlock achievements, that should have been unlocked already. Which Version do you wanna to buy? I hardly ever buy brand new games directly from Steam now, since it's more expensive than elsewhere. Steam is Steam and Galaxy is Galaxy. You are actually supporting the developers 100%, and you get a ton of bonuses, not to mention that if you own both Witcher games you can get a 27% discount. Do you also open the task manager and shut down everything, including the desktop, before launching a game? I did not write it here, but in the reddit post. Plus, you get a lot of nice goodies. I meant after I deleted the file, I unlocked All In.
It's not retroactive, but it's much better than expected, as for example the bookworm achi you don't need to start from zero, just read one more and voila. I bought Witcher 1 in 2011 on steam. So why bother with just getting a 10% discount on Steam when you can get a larger discount plus more extras on GoG? You can't even run the game through Steam if you own it on Galaxy without adding it as a non-Steam game. It is clear, that the GoG-Version will have some exclusive Bonus and will support the Developers. No it is not possible. Basically you just look at the client after you close the game to see if you've gotten anything. Green Man Gaming is an option too - you usually get a Steam key and they often have 20% discount coupons.
What do you think about it? But if it is actually just 13 you and I should be fine. Some of them are, but most of them aren't; they just take the lazy way out and put it all on Steam. I will give it a try myself and see if it fixes my broken achievements e. Sell them and earn a shiny e-dime towards your next purchase. Steam is still a better platform for online game downloads but so far no complaints with galaxy. It completely erased all my achievements around 44% and my play time around 100Hours.
I guess 25 sounds a bit much for this expansion. As soon as I did it, I've discovered that all of my achievements except for Munchkin have been erased. Edit: Btw did my fix actually work for you? It's not a matter of memory, it's a matter of processing power. I know the achievements are there on Steam but I was wondering of there was a way to view them in the game itself rather than having to do it through Steam or some other client? I don't like it when programs start with windows. I don't know for sure how it works, i only guess that current playthrough data must be somehow processed.
I am experiencing the same issue. It's not a huge deal obviously and it's not as though I'll stop playing if I can't see achievements, but I just wanted to check to make sure whether or not there was some option to see them that I've somehow overlooked. . I do miss achievements but physical goodies are better in this case. So, the only missing feature is trading cards. This will be the first gen title! Do you see the number 1 and 0 in the column number 5 of my screenshot? I'm equppied with all of the Enhanced Ursine Witcher gear but I didn't get that achievement.
The achievements don't seem to be working at all as far as I can tell, there is an achievement called dressed to kill for equipping all the witcher gear elements from one school. After the inital reset of the file, there was no need for anything else. By the time this option was available i already finished the game and have about ~70% of them done. Anyways, big props to you. I am still very appreciative for having this fix, but I am really sad about those achievements just lying there locked in my list when they should have unlocked a while ago. For those two you mention you would need a savegame before completing the quest.
What if i'm playing on steam and galaxy is running in the background? You know, kind of like in Diablo 3 and Dragon Age. Successfully unlocked All In and some other non-quest related achies. Why specifically there, you might ask. Some gog games have achievements, but the developers needs to make it an internal part of the game. It's a fine platform for me, though Steam seems to have more options and the like, Steam also bombards you with more advertisements and nonsense when you just wanna play a game you already own. For general use, Steam and GoG are both equal imo, they both track game-time, both track achievements, and both auto-update.
