I checked the dc resistance and determined that the cluster is relay controlled making cold testing without a schematic impossible. Looks easily accessible enough that probably you might be able to do it on your own, and go to Napa Auto Parts or other reputable parts dealer and order the switch. I put a 40 amp fuse in it. This Suburban is equipped with dual tanks and as such has two relay switches, primary and secondary, both of which are located at the main fuse box in the engine bay, that power up the respective fuel pumps.
